Client Service Administrator/Administrative Assistant

Alex joined The Virtus Group in August of 2020 after spending 4 years as an experienced staff accountant and many years as a customer service professional. She attended UMass Dartmouth and earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting in 2016. Alex is responsible for the coordination and overall management of client account documentation and maintenance. She collaborates with the advisor team to prepare client reports and maintains contact with clients to provide or obtain updated information. Alex also provides high-level administrative support to the advisor team. She is responsible for managing travel coordination, conference coordination, phone coverage, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and files, generating and mailing correspondence and other duties as assigned. She is a dependable and friendly point of contact for our clients and vendors.  In her spare time, Alex enjoys traveling, going to Providence restaurants, walks with her Goldendoodle, and spending time with family and friends.
