Karen Berard

Karen has been with The Virtus Group since October 2000. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Business and Economics, with a minor in Human Work Behavior, from Saint Anselm College.

Karen is responsible for coordinating interoffice files and client documentation across mutual fund, annuity, and brokerage accounts. She oversees account maintenance from start to finish, including opening, transferring, liquidating, and closing accounts. Her responsibilities also include tracking required minimum distributions and maintaining accurate beneficiary records.

Karen plays an integral role in daily operations, with a strong focus on client service. She works closely with fund companies and vendors to ensure efficient processing and a high level of service for clients.
