Client Service Administrator

Alexandra Zygmont joined The Virtus Group in August 2020 after spending four years as a staff accountant and several years in customer service. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Accounting from UMass Dartmouth in 2016.

At The Virtus Group, Alex oversees the coordination and management of client account documentation and maintenance. She works closely with the advisor team to prepare client reports and ensure all client information remains accurate and up to date. Her responsibilities also include opening new retirement and non-retirement accounts, processing transfers and move money requests, updating beneficiary designations, and assisting with various account service needs. In addition, Alex manages payroll, oversees office operations, and helps ensure the office runs efficiently day to day.

Known for her reliability and warm personality, Alex serves as a friendly and dependable point of contact for both clients and vendors. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, taking walks with her dog, and making memories with her daughter.
